Perth Metro Deliveries
Orders will be dispatched within one day of order placement and will be received within 1-3 business days
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
National Deliveries
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days of placement, delivery 7-10 working days shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

EXCHANGES
If you have ordered the incorrect product, we are more than happy to exchange this, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@chambodistributors.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.
Costs incurred to return the goods will be at the customers expense
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Consumers have the right to a refund or replacement for faulty products.
However, approval of warranty is provided by the manufacturer, so may not be our decision.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
